Job Summary Carbon Composites, Inc., a growing company in the world of high temperature graphite furnace insulation and Carbon/Carbon composites is looking for two Production Technicians at our location in Leominster, MA. In this role, you'll be an essential part of the production line, making various carbon composites products. Your hands-on skills and factory experience will contribute to a fast-paced environment focused on efficiency, safety, and quality. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your manufacturing expertise while being part of a dedicated team committed to excellence. Job Duties Receive training for the manufacturing of products, including c/c plate, u-channel, cylinder, etc., as required Assist in the preparation of materials for production Assist in disassembling cc plate tables & impregnation plate tables Manufacture good quality products with minimal waste based on SOP Accurately record/track production Adhere to all safety guidelines regarding the handling and disposal of materials in the plant Follow 5S requirements to ensure all tools, machines and working areas are clean, safe, and organized Performs other related duties as assigned Qualifications High school or equivalent (minimum), technical school/college preferred Ability to follow directions and work well in a team Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production equipment Understanding of and the ability to abide by applicable OSHA and environmental regulations Prolonged periods working on feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending and stooping Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at a time Visual acuity to read instructions, operate machines, and inspect parts produced Carpentry experience preferred
Pay:
$19.00 - $26.00 per hour
