This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, is comfortable using small hand tools, and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work. The Production Technician will assemble components, perform quality checks, complete production documentation, and follow established procedures and safety requirements. Experience in medical device manufacturing, cleanroom environments, or other regulated manufacturing settings is a plus. Responsibilities Assemble small mechanical and precision components using hand tools and established work instructions. Follow detailed assembly procedures, manufacturing instructions, and standard operating procedures. Perform in-process inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet specifications. Identify and report issues involving quality, materials, equipment, or production processes. Accurately complete manufacturing records, documentation, and basic computer-based tracking. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety policies and applicable quality and regulatory requirements. Assist with training and supporting team members on assigned production tasks. Perform repetitive assembly and inspection tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to read and follow written procedures and instructions in English. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable working with small parts and precision components. Ability to use small hand tools safely and effectively. Basic computer skills for production documentation and tracking. Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, inspection, medical devices, electronics, aerospace, or another regulated industry is a plus. Cleanroom or
GMP/FDA/ISO
experience is a plus.
