Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Care Provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents Assess resident health needs and implement appropriate care plans Monitor and document changes in resident conditions Follow infection control and preventive health protocols Support residents with Alzheimer's and dementia care needs Team Collaboration & Leadership Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Foster a safe, supportive care environment Assist with training and oversight of medication administration Supervise Resident Care Assistants Support compliance with Assisted Living procedures and regulations Qualifications Current Massachusetts LPN or RN License (in good standing) Experience working with elderly populations , including Alzheimer's/Dementia care preferred Overnight shift experience preferred Experience supervising resident care aides preferred Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills Positive attitude and attention to detail Our Mission & Values As a Catholic health ministry , we provide healing and care for the whole person in service to all in our communities.
