Marlborough, MA 01752 Role Overview We are seeking a Manufacturing Technician I to handle the testing, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment and associated subassemblies, following both verbal and written instructions. A primary emphasis for this role is on technical troubleshooting proficiency; we welcome applicants from diverse hands-on or technical backgrounds who can showcase their ability to diagnose and resolve issues effectively. Core Duties Execute the testing, calibration, and repair of production machinery and components based on provided specifications. Maintain high productivity levels to help the team consistently reach or surpass quality and efficiency goals. Verify the operational integrity and quality of all equipment and tasks completed. Utilize schematics and blueprints to ensure machines are calibrated correctly. Conduct precise and timely calibration and testing of electronic subassemblies to support production flow. Maintain clear and precise records of all calibration and testing outcomes. Support the execution of maintenance, testing, and implementation processes to ensure full compliance with Quality Standards. Handle additional tasks as assigned. Required Skills and Experience Demonstrated expertise in technical troubleshooting is essential. Proficiency in interpreting and applying schematics and blueprints. Background in the maintenance, repair, calibration, or testing of technical equipment is a plus. Capability to record test and calibration findings with high accuracy. Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail. Ability to contribute to team efficiency by meeting established performance benchmarks.
