Responsibilities:
Clean assemblies and stainless steel tubular parts in warm ultrasonic bath. Inspect parts for sufficient cleanliness and dry appropriately. Operate parts tumbler to break part edges, if required. Wipe down 5 or 10' lengths of stainless steel tube with Isopropyl Alcohol. If required, treat certain parts in a mild acid bath to improve the surface. Adhere to quality requirements for each job. Assist packaging department when time permits. Operate other assembly/manufacturing equipment when time permits. Ensure production of quality product. Keep a neat and organized workplace. Follow work order instructions and documentation procedures. It's a hands-on job, and you get dirty doing it, working with lubricants etc. No CNC here, all manual manipulation of machines

Superior attention to detail---sweat the small things, stay organized, be precise and have pride in your product. Think well on your feet---react quickly and identify priorities. Love a good challenge---growth from challenges = satisfaction in your career. Requires lifting periodically throughout the day, up to 50 lbs unassisted. Eager to complete additional duties as needed. Clean background check. Must have reliable transportation and be available during all school breaks.
Compensation/ Benefits:
Positions are full time (45-50 hours a week, OT included if hourly, 10 paid holidays plus 16 additional PTO days and health insurance (60% premium paid by company)). Operating hours 6A-5P, we are flexible on starting time once you are trained. Start time is either 6a or 7a and end time is 2p or 3p, M-F 40 hours/week, overtime is possible. Occasional Saturdays optional. Starting pay $20-$22
