Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for supporting the production process by operating machinery, assembling components, and ensuring that all products meet quality and safety standards. Your hands-on approach and mechanical aptitude will help drive efficiency, uphold safety protocols, and contribute to continuous process improvements within our manufacturing facility. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop technical skills and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment committed to excellence. Duties Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety standards and protocols Use hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and mechanical assembly techniques to complete production tasks with precision Will be working on assembly line, must be able to stand entire shift. Requirements Proven factory or manufacturing facility experience with a strong understanding of production processes Hands-on experience with assembly line operations and mechanical assembly techniques 6 months assembly exp, hand/power tools, hold phone conversation Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials. Performs quality inspections and works with an understanding of what is critical to quality. Documents actions by completing production and quality forms/entries #
