Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Ability to stand 7+ hours per shift Ability to lift at least 30 lbs Read and follow English-language work instructions Use handheld scanners for transactions and traceability Perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods Work all scheduled shift days, including overtime as required Use computers and manufacturing software; perform data entry Work in a mechanical manufacturing setting using power tools and related equipment Preferred Skills 1+ year of manufacturing experience Experience with ERP, MES, or inventory management systems Ability to interpret manufacturing documentation (work instructions, part drawings, traveler paperwork) Familiarity with safe material handling practices (lifting, staging, cart usage, PPE) Labeling accuracy and part identification experience Job Responsibilities Prepare work by reviewing assembly instructions, blueprint/specification requirements, and parts lists Gather parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials required for builds Perform assembly support and material handling tasks: Move, stage, and deliver materials/components to workstations Operate pallet jacks, carts, and other material handling equipment Assist with kitting, labeling, and organization of production parts Support inventory accuracy using proper documentation, scanning, and system transactions Perform assembly, repair, and rework tasks as required Complete quality inspections with focus on critical-to-quality characteristics Document production activities by completing production and quality forms/entries in required systems Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock levels, requesting replenishment, and verifying receipt Follow manufacturing safety procedures and general safe practices, including PPE usage Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
