$22.75 per hour Background / Drug Screen Background Check Required No Drug Screen We are hiring Production Line Operators to support manufacturing operations at a leading plastics manufacturing facility. Operators will set up, operate, and monitor production equipment while ensuring products meet quality standards in a fast-paced production environment. Candidates with experience as a Machine Operator, Production Operator, Manufacturing Associate, Production Associate, Machine Tender, Press Operator, CNC Operator, Extrusion Operator, Molding Machine Operator, Machine Helper, Assembly Operator, or Manufacturing Technician are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment Operate winding and spindle machines used in the manufacturing process Perform visual quality inspections throughout production Measure, weigh, label, and stack finished product Maintain accurate production counts and documentation Monitor machine performance and report quality concerns Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Perform general production and housekeeping duties as assigned Requirements 1-2 years of machine operating experience required Experience operating manufacturing equipment such as spindle machines, molding machines, press machines, CNC machines, extrusion equipment, or similar production machinery Manufacturing or production experience required Basic math skills Ability to read and use basic measuring tools, including a tape measure Ability to read, write, and communicate in English Strong attention to detail and quality High school diploma or GED preferred Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 pounds Walk stairs frequently throughout the shift Stand and move throughout a 12-hour shift Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment around production equipment Able to work in an environment with industrial noise, dust, vibration, and manufacturing chemicals If you have experience operating manufacturing equipment and enjoy working in a production environment, apply today to join a growing manufacturing team. - Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
