Required Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Requirements:

• Experience performing maintenance in a production or manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of machine tools and production equipment
• Basic electrical and electronic repair knowledge
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to read and follow diagrams, schematics, manuals, and technical instructions
• Strong verbal communication skillsPreferred Qualifications
• Mechanical, electrical, or computer-related certification

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment, conveyor systems, and machinery to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electromechanical equipment issues using observation, precision measuring tools, and testing instruments
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and restore operations by repairing, replacing, refitting, or adjusting components as needed
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and other facility systems
• Identify equipment issues, determine repair requirements, and implement solutions to support reliable production operations
• Train production employees on routine preventive maintenance techniques and equipment care
• Follow equipment diagrams, schematics, manuals, instructions, and engineering specifications when performing maintenance and repairs
