1st Shift | 6:00 AM - 2:30
PM Description:
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform electro-mechanical assembly of analyzers.
  • Calibrate electronic devices according to customer orders.
  • Use hand tools and test equipment.
  • Follow documented procedures and quality standards.
  • Complete work orders on schedule and meet standard time.
  • Identify and report nonconforming products/materials and safety issues.
  • Record labor time accurately in the MRP system.
  • Maintain work area according to 6S/Lean standards.
  • Support multiple areas within the department as needed. Required Skills
  • Manual dexterity and basic computer skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/priorities.
  • Good verbal communication and teamwork.
  • Comfortable working with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work overtime when needed.
  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs. Education & Experience
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • 0-2 years of related experience typically required.
  • Lean manufacturing experience is a plus.

NIT Pay:
$17.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Application Question(s): Do you have a High School Diploma/GED and 0-2 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or a related field? Do you have experience performing electro-mechanical assembly using hand tools and electronic test equipment? Do you have experience calibrating electronic devices or performing basic testing/quality checks on electronic or electro-mechanical products? Are you comfortable following detailed work instructions, quality procedures, documenting work accurately in a computer/MRP system, and identifying nonconforming products?
