Competitive - Based on Experience Join an Advanced Manufacturing Team We are seeking an experienced Electromechanical Test Technician to join a growing advanced manufacturing team supporting the testing, troubleshooting, and validation of complex electrical, electronic, and electromechanical products. This is an excellent opportunity for a technician who enjoys solving technical problems, working with sophisticated test equipment, and ensuring products meet the highest quality standards. If you have experience testing PCBAs, power control panels, electrical assemblies, or electromechanical systems , we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities Test and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, mechanical, and electromechanical assemblies. Perform functional testing on PCBAs, subassemblies, fixtures, and finished products. Diagnose failures to the component level using electronic test equipment. Operate oscilloscopes, signal generators, multimeters, and other electronic test instruments. Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, technical drawings, specifications, and diagnostic data. Perform precision assembly, optical alignment, fine-pitch soldering, and board-level rework when required. Document test results and maintain accurate production records. Develop and update test procedures and work instructions. Assist with training technicians and manufacturing personnel. Identify process improvements and recommend corrective actions. Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of experience testing electromechanical or electronic assemblies. Experience troubleshooting electrical or electronic systems to the component level. Proficiency using oscilloscopes, signal generators, multimeters, and electronic test equipment. Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation. Experience with PCBAs, power control panels, or electronic assemblies. Knowledge of IPC-A-610 and/orJ-STD-001
workmanship standards. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
