Manufacturing Technician - Weekend Shift A fast-growing start-up at the forefront of digital manufacturing is looking for a Manufacturing Technician in Wilmington, MA. Shift of the
Manufacturing Technician:
Fri-Mon 2nd shift hours can be: 2pm-12:20pm 3pm-1:30pm 4pm-2:30pm Pay Rate of the
Manufacturing Technician:
$23 per hour Responsibilities of the
Manufacturing Technician:
Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment to build and prepare products for shipment. Follow specifications, work instructions, and quality procedures to ensure product standards. Maintain complete product traceability throughout the manufacturing process. Inspect incoming materials, in-process products, and equipment to detect defects or malfunctions. Route product samples for quality control inspection. Support the training of new operators. Contribute to safety and quality system improvements. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Qualifications of the
Manufacturing Technician:
Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, Google Suite). Acute attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Experience with or understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in a manufacturing setting. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience in a professional manufacturing environment or with 3D printing is a plus. Associate or Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred but not required. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for long periods. Manufacturing Technicians Apply Today!
