This role ensures materials are received, stocked, stored, and distributed in compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities Follow all safety procedures and maintain safe work practices. Perform material handling activities in accordance with SOPs, cGMP guidelines, and safety requirements. Receive, inspect, stock, store, and distribute materials throughout manufacturing and warehouse areas. Restock materials in cleanroom and controlled manufacturing environments based on production needs. Open, organize, and transfer materials to designated racks, shelves, bins, and refrigerated storage. Maintain inventory levels and assist with material organization across the facility. Support general housekeeping and cleanliness within controlled manufacturing areas. Maintain liquid nitrogen (LN2) and carbon dioxide (CO2) systems, including manual filling of liquid nitrogen dewars. Assemble biopsy kits and perform biopsy receipt and inspection activities. Assist with inventory counts and cycle count activities. Provide on-the-job training to new team members as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. QualificationsRequired High school diploma or GED equivalent. 0-2 years of experience in a cGMP, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing environment. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office. Preferred Experience working in warehouse, materials management, or cleanroom environments. Experience in high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing settings. Familiarity with FDA, ISO, or other regulated environments. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Physical Requirements Ability to work in cleanroom environments while wearing required protective gowning. Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
