Required Education
High School Diploma or EquivalentRequired Experience
Two to four years of relevant equipment maintenance experience depending on education
Experience as an electrical or electronics technician
Experience as an electromechanical or mechanical engineering technician
Experience as an industrial programmer electrician machine builder repairer machinist refrigeration mechanic or welding repairer
Experience troubleshooting and repairing complex equipment and machinery
Experience performing preventive maintenance and routine equipment maintenance
Experience working with automated manufacturing equipment
Experience working with mechanical pneumatic and electrical systems
Preferred experience with industrial control systems instrumentation ladder logic relay logic variable frequency drives and servo systems
Preferred experience with programmable logic controllers robotics and vision systems
Preferred experience with mechanical design software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks
Preferred experience with computerized maintenance management systems such as SAP
Preferred experience using mills lathes welding equipment and bearing pressesTech Skills
Mechanical pneumatic and electrical troubleshooting and repair
Ability to read electrical and pneumatic schematics
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals blueprints diagrams and equipment specifications
Knowledge of trades mathematics calibration techniques and precision measuring instruments
Proficiency using personal computers including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

Report directly to the Production Supervisor
Perform routine setup operation minor and major maintenance preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of automated manufacturing equipment
Control and adjust machine settings for AutoPak equipment
Perform mechanical pneumatic and electrical maintenance repairs adjustments inspections and monitoring of production and facilities equipment
Support production quality downtime and waste objectives related to machine operation
Operate multiple production lines including setup and changeovers
Provide operator support across assigned business operations as needed
Perform routine assembly line production functions including filling packing assembling labeling and inspecting
Perform cleanup functions in sterilized areas as required
Analyze and evaluate charts and follow diagrams testing and inspection procedures
Conduct root cause analysis activities for process or product exceptions
Monitor quality according to statistical process or other control procedures
Maintain accurate quality safety and maintenance documentation
Identify troubleshoot and resolve complex machine performance and product quality issues
Work with external contractors and vendors as needed
Follow established procedures according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Follow all client housekeeping policies and procedures
Follow all client safety policies and procedures
Work overtime as required to meet client business requirements
Perform other duties as assigned
