100% Onsite Make an Impact Every Day As a Manufacturing Technician , you'll play a vital role in building, processing, and testing complex assemblies and subassemblies that support cutting-edge aerospace and defense technologies. Your attention to detail, commitment to quality, and technical skills will help ensure products meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and safety. What You'll Do In this role, you will: Build, process, and test subassemblies and assemblies according to established procedures Follow manufacturing processes and work instructions with accuracy and consistency Read and interpret technical documentation, including: Engineering drawings Specifications Technical diagrams Manufacturer manuals Production prints Use precision measuring instruments and hand tools to support manufacturing activities Conduct basic measurements and calculations to ensure product quality and compliance Safely handle hazardous materials in accordance with OSHA standards and company policies Identify and communicate nonconformances to management and quality teams Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines Support additional manufacturing activities and projects as assigned Work overtime and weekends when required to meet business needs Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Two (2) years of additional education and/or related manufacturing, production, assembly, or technical experience Ability to read, understand, and accurately follow written instructions, procedures, and engineering drawings Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and measurement functions Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Strong communication skills and ability to report quality concerns or nonconformances Commitment to following safety protocols and production standards Ability to work onsite in Hanover, MD Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
