Role:
Our Customer Experience team is seekingan Associate PrincipalTechnical Account Manager inthe Continental United States (CONUS). In thisroleyou'llserve as a trusted technical advisor to ourfederalclients across their entire lifecycle with Dragos.
You'llplay a critical role in enabling the adoption, operationalization, and optimization of Dragos solutions - ensuring our customers achieve measurable value from their investment.
You'llwork closely with customer stakeholders, security teams, and internal Dragos teams to align technical delivery with business goals and support long-term success.
This role requires a blend of deep ICS/OT cybersecurityexpertise, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to translate complex use cases into impactful outcomes. You will serve as the bridge between our platform and the customer's mission, helping customers improve maturity, mitigate risk, and maximize platform effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary technical advocate for assigned customers, supporting onboarding, implementation, andlongtermsuccess with the Dragos platform. Guide customers in operationalizing key use cases and integrating Dragos into existing workflows to drive measurable business outcomes. Lead regular account reviews, roadmap alignment discussions, and platform optimization efforts to ensure continued value realization. Monitor customer health and adoption metrics, proactivelyidentifyingrisks and supportinggetwellplans foratriskor underutilized accounts. Partner closely with Customer Success, Support, Product, and Sales teams to ensure a seamless,endtoendcustomer experience. Act as an OT cybersecurity subject matter expert, delivering training, workshops, and executivelevelbriefings, with regional travel as needed (up to 30%).
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience working in OT environmentswith practical knowledge of ICS, SCADA, or DCS systems. 1+yearof experience ina cybersecurityengineering or SOC role, preferably supporting critical infrastructure environments. Strong understanding of ICS/OT cybersecurity concepts, including detection platforms, risk management, and industrial threat scenarios. Familiarity with SIEM tools and incident response workflows (e.g., Splunk,QRadar,FortiSIEM, Elastic), along with foundational industrial networking concepts such as SPAN/TAPs, VLANs, and firewalls. Proven experience incustomerfacingorpostsalesroles, deliveringvaluefocusedtechnical support and influencing both technical and business stakeholders.
