Production Technician Location:
Gorham, ME Pay:
$23-$24/hour
Schedule:
First Shift About the Role We are seeking motivated and dependable Production Technicians to join our growing team in the Gorham area. This is a hands-on position for individuals who enjoy physical work, operating equipment, working with tools, and being part of a close-knit team. If you have mechanical aptitude and are looking for a long-term career with opportunities for advancement, this could be the right fit for you. Responsibilities Operate, inspect, and maintain industrial equipment Perform installation, repair, and service work at customer locations throughout Maine Utilize hand and power tools to complete projects safely and efficiently Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards Load, unload, and move materials as needed Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy materials Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on schedule Qualifications Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Previous experience in manufacturing, production, construction, warehouse, or industrial environments preferred Comfortable using hand and power tools Valid Maine Driver's License required Ability to lift and move up to 75+ lbs regularly Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work first shift hours and participate in an on-call rotation approximately once per month Why Join Our Team? Pay:
