Job Description
Hydraulic Parts Source is one of the nation's leading providers of the highest quality remanufactured hydraulic pumps and parts. Our company is wholly owned by its founder and is known throughout the industry for its highest quality standards, on time shipping, and world class customer service. We are a dynamic company that cares about our employees, their development, and overall wellbeing. HPS is seeking an immediate hire for a full-time remanufacturing technician II. This position requires the following skill set:
Reman :
- Sand/bead blaster
- Industrial parts washer
- Ring Grinder Physical requirements:
- The ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds from floor level to waist level.
- The ability to stand on your feet for most of the day.
- The ability to bend, crouch, squat, and reach overhead.
Cognitive Requirements:
- The ability to focus for extended periods of time.
- The ability to learn new skills and apply them quickly and accurately.
- The ability to manage time well.
- The ability to maintain attention to detail.
Emotional Requirements:
- The ability to work well on a team and serve others.
- The ability to work well in a moderately high pressure environment with absolute deadlines.
