This is a temp-to-hire job. Apply now!

Duties for this position include:

Work with Team Leaders and Business Unit Managers to gain experience across the various fabrication processes used to produce service parts. Operate fabrication machinery safely, productively, and according to manufacturing plans and quality standards. Process orders and set up jobs with minimal supervision. Perform required inspections to ensure parts conform to work instructions and BTO processes. Maintain accurate records of time and expenses associated with each service order. Immediately communicate quality concerns, discrepancies, or other issues to the Team Leader or Business Unit Manager. Maintain 6S, housekeeping, health, and safety standards throughout the manufacturing area. Support quality initiatives and assist in maintaining

certification standards. Support environmental initiatives and assist in maintaining

ISO 14001

certification standards. Follow the company's Code of Conduct and perform other duties as assigned. Compensation (USD): $19.00/hour

Schedule:

1st Shift Monday

• Friday 6:00 a.m.
• 4:30 p.m. Saturday 6:00 a.m.
• 2:00 p.

m. Successful candidates must meet the following requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical training or certification preferred. 2-4 years of relevant work experience preferred. Fabrication and blueprint reading skills. Knowledge of fabrication equipment and processes preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly. Ability to stand for long periods in a manufacturing environment. Must wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE) while on the manufacturing floor. Ability to complete required equipment training and follow all safety procedures.
