$21.96/hour to start, with pay progressions up to $25.13/hour.

Immediate openings available. Integrity Trade Services is currently seeking Manufacturing Technicians for an exciting opportunity with our client in the manufacturing industry. This is a great opportunity for individuals with manufacturing, machining, assembly, or mechanical experience looking to grow their skills and build a long-term career. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor a variety of manufacturing and production equipment. Perform assembly, machining, and other manufacturing operations as required. Make minor tooling changes and machine adjustments to maintain quality and production efficiency. Operate and monitor multiple pieces of equipment simultaneously when required. Perform visual inspections and quality checks using hand gauges, measuring devices, and inspection equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, part prints, process sheets, and work instructions. Identify and contain defective materials and communicate quality concerns appropriately. Complete required production documentation, including quality checks and downtime reporting. Perform basic preventative and autonomous maintenance, including cleaning equipment and maintaining proper fluid levels. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Work collaboratively with team leaders and supervisors to achieve production goals and maintain work cell standards. Participate in job rotation, cross-training, and continuous improvement initiatives. Assist with training and supporting fellow team members when needed. Follow all company safety, health, environmental, and escalation policies and procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or machining experience preferred. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn and operate various manufacturing equipment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and inspection requirements. Ability to effectively utilize inspection gauges and measuring equipment. Basic computer skills required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to work overtime as needed. Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
