You will be responsible for monitoring machinery, ensuring raw material availability, and upholding rigorous safety and sanitation protocols to drive consistent output. Responsibilities Oversee daily production line activities to ensure throughput targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards. Conduct hourly inspections and quality checks to identify and report defects, ensuring only conforming products proceed. Maintain a safe and organized work environment by strictly adhering to established safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Manage raw material inventory levels at workstations to minimize downtime and optimize line performance. Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and perform relief duties across various production areas as needed. Document production data accurately in reports to support operational transparency and continuous improvement. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or GED equivalent. Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to operational procedures. Ability to perform physical tasks and maintain consistent attendance in a fast-paced environment. Basic troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Preferred Skills Associate's degree in a related field. Two or more years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial production setting. Prior experience in a leadership or project coordination role. Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing production demands and process improvements.
