Print Production Technician

About the Role We are seeking a skilled Printing Technician to contribute to our high-volume manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of printing presses, focusing on material preparation, equipment maintenance, and team coordination. Your expertise will directly impact production efficiency and quality. Responsibilities Inspect and prepare raw materials, ensuring they meet quality standards before production. Operate and troubleshoot roll automation, press loading/offloading, and unwind/rewind equipment to maintain optimal performance. Use production schedules to plan and execute material changes, minimizing downtime. Collaborate with the printing crew to support machine productivity and achieve production targets. Contribute to machine setup, operation, cleaning, and preventative maintenance activities. Maintain a safe and orderly workspace, adhering to safety and plant rules, including PPE, 5S, and GMP requirements. Monitor and replenish consumables and supplies to ensure continuous operation. Qualifications Required Skills High School Diploma or GED preferred. Experience working in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Must be 18 years of age or older. Preferred Skills Beneficial to have industrial printing experience. Proficiency in web offset printing. Experience with flexographic printing presses.
