We're looking for technical

SKILLED MACHINE OPERATORS

to join our teams. Our operators are trained to use tools for set-up, changeovers and troubleshooting, while running different products each with unique characteristics to adapt the machine to. Individuals who have mechanical and technological aptitude and the ability to solve problems while thinking outside the box. Stable work history

• training takes 3
• 6 months on all our machines (no one comes here knowing how to make tape, so we will train you to make products for cars, appliances, construction, overnight mail envelopes, and much more).

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Regularly (continuously) required to communicate (see/hear/speak); stand and walk; reach at waist level with hands and arms and firmly grasp items with hands. Frequently lift and carry up to 25 lbs. on a repetitive basis without mechanical assistance; push and pull up to 420 lbs. with mechanical assistance; reach over head with hands and arms; use hands for simple grasp & fine manipulation and climb ladders. Occasionally required to balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and climb stairs; lift and carry up to 50 lbs. without mechanical assistance; reach below waist level with hands and arms.
