Black Oxide Line Operator - 2nd

Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-10:30 PM We are seeking an experienced Black Oxide Line Operator to join our 2nd shift team. Previous manufacturing, production, or metal finishing experience is required. This is a hands-on position operating and monitoring a black oxide processing line and working with metal parts throughout the finishing process. Responsibilities- Operate and monitor the black oxide processing line. Load and unload metal parts from baskets, racks, and processing tanks. Follow established procedures for cleaning, rinsing, treating, and finishing parts. Monitor processing times, temperatures, and chemical conditions. Perform visual inspections to ensure finished parts meet quality standards. Identify defects, discoloration, or other finishing issues and report them to a supervisor. Maintain accurate production and quality records. Follow all safety procedures and work instructions. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Meet daily production and quality expectations. Requirements- Previous manufacturing, production, or metal finishing experience is required. Previous black oxide experience is strongly preferred. Ability to follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to work in a hands-on production environment. Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Reliable attendance is essential. Ability to work Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-10:30 PM. Schedule 2nd
