As a Line Operator , you will play a key role in the production of high‑quality circuit boards used in advanced technology. No previous assembly experience is required—we provide hands-on training, including basic hand-soldering skills. What You'll Do Apply and remove epoxy from circuit boards Perform basic hand soldering after receiving full training Work under a microscope for detailed, precision-based tasks (approximately 80% of the shift) Use small hand tools such as tweezers and screwdrivers for assembly Keep your workstation organized, with 15 minutes of clean-up time at the end of each shift What You Bring Strong attention to detail Ability to work with small components Comfort using basic tools No prior assembly experience required—just a willingness to learn! Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
