Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to read and follow work instructions, production travelers, and engineering drawings Basic math skills required for counting, measuring, and verifying production data Experience Requirements Manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or industrial experience preferred Experience performing quality inspections and following detailed specifications is a plus Ability to work independently and follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment Physical Capabilities Regular standing, walking, and movement throughout the workday Ability to frequently lift and move up to 20 pounds Close vision and attention to detail required for inspections and production tasks Ability to safely perform repetitive tasks and maintain productivity in a manufacturing environment Job Duties Follow daily work assignments provided by the Pre/Post-Production Supervisor Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality and compliance Mask, unmask, rack, and wire parts according to specifications and work instructions Verify and maintain production records, process documentation, and part-count accuracy Bake, clean, passivate, permanganate, and process parts according to established procedures Review engineering drawings, travelers, and database instructions to ensure accurate production processing Scan and record production activities in accordance with work instructions Pack finished products for shipment while ensuring quality and accuracy Support continuous workflow and maintain a safe, organized work environment Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
