This position is tasked with the safe operation of the EcoFlex and pre-insulated line. This equipment includes a screw extruder, corrugator and foam folders. In addition, this position is responsible for maintenance, process, and quality standards associated with the EcoFlex production. This position requires excellent communication skills needed to work closely with others including the ordering of materials. Delegates and prioritizes individual or team actions to enable Prioritizes daily activities and aligns actions to support overall function and business strategy. In conjunction with leadership, provides input on individual performance objectives that are aligned with the functional and business strategy. Operates the Ecoflex line and auxiliary equipment Performs required maintenance including changeovers Maintains accurate production paperwork Maintains communication with Supervisor Maintains quality standards Performs all tasks in a safe manner Changes belts, folders, corrugate blocks, materials and coils as required Schedules RAW materials deliveries and maintain the inventory Packages finished coils as required Maintain work area by keeping all tools and equipment in designated areas - 5s. Qualifications:
