•32.00 per hour, depending on experience Job Summary We are seeking an Experienced Anodize Line Operator to operate and monitor an anodizing production line used to clean, treat, and finish aluminum parts. The ideal candidate will have previous anodizing or metal finishing experience and a strong understanding of production, quality, and safety requirements. Responsibilities Operate and monitor anodizing line equipment and processing tanks. Load and unload aluminum parts onto racks and production lines. Follow established chemical processing procedures and work instructions. Monitor tank temperatures, chemical concentrations, timing, and processing conditions. Perform quality checks throughout the anodizing process. Identify defects, contamination, discoloration, and other quality issues. Make appropriate process adjustments within established guidelines. Maintain accurate production and quality records. Follow chemical handling, PPE, and workplace safety procedures. Keep tanks, equipment, racks, and work areas clean and organized. Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance issues. Work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve problems. Meet production schedules while maintaining quality standards. Qualifications Previous anodizing or metal finishing experience required. Experience operating an anodizing or chemical processing line preferred. Knowledge of aluminum finishing processes and chemical handling. Ability to read and follow work instructions and production specifications. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work in a production environment around chemicals and equipment. Ability to lift, stand, bend, and work for extended periods. Reliable, safety-conscious, and dependable. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Second Shift Monday-Thursday 3:00 PM
