Production Technician

Our commitment to customer satisfaction drives us to build lasting relationships with our clients. Summary We are seeking a Production Technician to join our dynamic team at M&G Trailer. As a Production Technician, you will assist with the setup of new trailers, adding accessories, trailer repairs, upgrades and general lot organization. Limitless hours of overtime available. Responsibilities Assemble trailers according to specifications and quality standards. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively during the assembly process. Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the facility. Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Conduct quality checks on completed assemblies to ensure they meet company standards. Requirements Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand and power tools. Previous work history with 12V wiring & fabrication a plus. Forklift certification is a plus but not required. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Ability to multi-task Ability to work independently Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
