CMP Attachments is hiring a Production Technician to support our manufacturing team building heavy-duty equipment attachments. This is a hands-on position for someone who is dependable, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment. You'll assist with material handling, production, forklift operation, and finishing work. If you're willing to learn, work hard, and take pride in doing quality work, you'll fit in well here. Responsibilities Operate forklifts and move materials throughout the facility Load, unload, and organize steel parts and finished products Assist with general production and material handling Prepare parts for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking Learn to operate powder coating equipment and apply consistent finishes Load and unload parts from the coating line and curing ovens Operate basic hand and power tools Inspect parts for quality and identify defects Assist other production areas as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow quality and production standards Adhere to safety protocols and standard operating procedures Qualifications Manufacturing, production, or general labor experience preferred but not required Forklift experience preferred Comfortable using basic hand and power tools Mechanically inclined and willing to learn Dependable and able to work independently Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to safely lift and handle steel parts Benefits Medical insurance — 100% covered by employer for employees Health Savings Account (HSA) Dental insurance Long-term and short-term disability Optional vision and life insurance Optional ancillary benefits 401(k) Paid Time Off (PTO) ESOP —
