In this role, you'll operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, ensure products meet strict quality and safety standards, and accurately document production data. Working closely with a collaborative, high-performance team, you'll help optimize workflows, support continuous improvement, and maintain a clean, compliant facility that underpins mission-driven public affairs and communications work. Responsibilities Operate, monitor, and adjust manufacturing equipment to meet production targets Perform in-process quality checks and document results accurately Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols at all times Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and escalate complex problems Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with 5 S/lean practices Record production data and support reporting for operations leadership Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and throughput Assist with equipment setups, changeovers, and routine maintenance Required Skills Manufacturing operations Production equipment setup Machine monitoring and adjustment Quality control inspection Safety and OSHA compliance Basic mechanical troubleshooting Process documentation Data entry and reporting Lean manufacturing principles PPE and cleanroom protocols
