A Manufacturing or Production Technician works with manufacturing equipment and machinery. Performs set up and tests, monitors, adjusts and repairs machines used to produce products or other machines. Inspects equipment, troubleshoots problems with machines or designs.

Job Summary:
The Production Technician will build the Elucent Capital System, which consists of an electromechanical chassis, computer, display, and an electrical patient pad. This will require understanding assembly drawings, electrical schematics and manufacturing procedures. This will require using equipment such as soldering equipment, electrical test equipment (oscilloscope, multi-meter), vision systems and standard mechanical tools for assembly.

Job Responsibilities:
Assist in building the production Envisio systems through the following activities: Assist in kitting, cycle counting and general materials processes as applicable Assemble Envisio system sub-assemblies using standard mechanical assembly processesas well as electrical soldering Perform mapping and system assessments/tests to ensure functionality of Envisio systems Perform depot and repair processes for the Envisio system. Transfer released materials to inventory Adhere to work instructions and document corresponding work done Exhibit good documentation practices Build test articles and fixtures for prototyping and pilot needs Maintain compliance with ESD (electrostatic discharge) protection procedures
Qualifications Education and Experience:
2+ Years manufacturing, preferably in medical device GED or HS equivalent Electrical experience required. Solder experience (lead-free surface mount and thru hole) required. Startup, small business experience preferred.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Detail oriented. Proficient in building devices, fixtures, and assisting in general areas. Self-starter who can work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Physical Requirements /
