Opportunity:
Atlas Staffing has partnered with a leading metal finishing manufacturer, and we are looking for Anodizing Line Operators like you! Our client is seeking motivated individuals to join their team operating and monitoring anodizing production lines used to treat and finish aluminum components. This role is responsible for loading and unloading parts, maintaining chemical processing equipment, performing quality checks, and ensuring products meet customer specifications. The ideal candidate will have previous manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.
What You'll Be Doing:
Load and unload aluminum parts onto anodizing racks and production lines Monitor anodizing tanks, chemical levels, temperatures, and process times Perform visual inspections and quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications Maintain production records and complete required documentation accurately Clean and maintain equipment and work areas following safety and environmental procedures Follow all company safety, quality, and production standards What Makes You a
Great Fit:
Previous manufacturing, production, or anodizing experience preferred Ability to read and follow work instructions, specifications, and safety procedures Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals Comfortable working around chemicals while using proper personal protective equipment (PPE) Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
