Overview-CONTRACT TO HIRE We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cutting Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining cutting equipment to produce precise, high-quality materials that meet strict production standards. Your expertise will ensure efficient workflow, adherence to safety protocols, and consistent product quality, contributing directly to the success of our manufacturing process. Dutie Interpret production documents, blueprints, and specifications accurately to ensure precise cuts and dimensions. Conduct dimensional measurements and quality checks throughout the production process to ensure products meet quality standards. Follow safety standards in production by adhering to safety protocol guidelines and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment. Maintain accurate records of production activities, machine settings, and quality inspections for compliance and continuous improvement. Skills Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues quickly and effectively. Experience with industrial equipment adjustment and calibration for precise cutting operations. Strong understanding of safety standards in production environments and safety protocol adherence. Ability to interpret manufacturing documents accurately and perform basic math calculations for measurements. Knowledge of dimensional measurements, quality standards in production, and paper packaging techniques.
