This role involves identifying mechanical issues, conducting repairs, and ensuring that vehicles meet safety and performance standards.
Requirements:
Conduct vehicle inspections and tests to provide a diagnosis on all vehicles. Perform MPI on all vehicles Complete PDI on all new vehicles. Comply with all dealership and manufacturer job-related training and requirements. Achieve monthly productivity objectives. Communicate all vehicle repair recommendations and maintenance repairs with service advisor. Keep vehicle bays clean every day. Ensuring equipment longevity through care and cleanliness. Provide video/picture of repair recommendations for every RO, with clarity and personality. Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean record. Prior to vehicle delivery, bring through carwash, unless noted otherwise. Adhere to employee handbook policies and procedures. KSA's (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities): High level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions and through diagnosis with vehicles. Commitment to provide high-quality vehicle care and service. Ability to manage various tasks, adapt to changing situations, and work flexible hours, including rotating weekends. Demonstrate teamwork. Assist the cleanliness and organization of the service department. Ability to analyze service data and trends to make informed decisions. Demonstrate vehicle knowledge adequate to your training. Display time management and organizational skills. Proficient written and verbal communication skills. Contribute positive behavior with respect.
