As a Maintenance Technician I at Agropur, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and supporting installations of new equipment, all while adhering to strict quality and safety standards. Responsibilities Conduct regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities to minimize unplanned downtime. Troubleshoot and repair any mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in production machinery as they arise. Collaborate with production teams to optimize machine efficiency without compromising safety. Support installation of new manufacturing equipment ensuring operational excellence. Maintain and ensure a safe workplace environment, adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies in compliance with regulations. Document and update maintenance records and production logs using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). Required Skills Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Proficiency with hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic devices such as multimeters. Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics. Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
