• Position Summary:

• Seeking a Manufacturing Technician I, supporting daily customer demand and production schedules in a medical device manufacturing environment. You will assemble, test, and inspect products according to established procedures, ensuring safety and quality at all times.

• Key Responsibilities:

• + Assemble and test medical devices using specialized equipment and work instructions + Adhere to safety rules and quality standards + Work closely with Manufacturing Leads to meet production goals + Participate in team problem-solving and continuous improvement activities + Report quality or process concerns to supervisors + Complete required documentation in compliance with regulatory guidelines + Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S principles •

Qualifications:

• Minimum:

• + High school diploma or relevant work experience + Ability to read and follow procedures and instructions + Effective communication skills + Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Preferred:

• + Medical device manufacturing experience + GMP knowledge + Experience operating microscopes + Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Physical Requirements:

• + Work in areas with adhesives, solvents, and chemical processes + Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching, bending, and twisting + Regularly lift/move up to 10 pounds; occasionally up to 50 pounds + Close vision and color vision required for inspecting small parts + Must adhere to controlled environment apparel and hygiene standards
