Job Description

As a Manufacturing Technician - 2nd shift , here at Honeywell , you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our manufacturing processes. Your expertise will contribute to the production of high-quality products that meet our customers' needs and expectations. You will report directly to our Production Supervisor and you'll work out of our Plymouth, MN location on an On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the overall productivity and quality of our manufacturing operations, ensuring that we maintain our reputation as a leader in the aerospace industry. Must be a U.S. Citizen due to contractual requirements. The annual base salary range for this position is Min - $49,600 - Max $74,400. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing issues to minimize downtime.

MUST HAVE
Ability to operate various manufacturing tools and machinery effectively. Experience with quality control processes and standards. Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing.

High School Diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing role. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. Proven experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
