Position Overview:

As a Packaging Line Operator , you'll be hands-on with our sleeving and packaging equipment, ensuring that each product is packaged to the highest quality and safety standards. You'll play a key role in the production process, including sleeving, casing, palletizing, and assisting with secondary packaging tasks. If you're detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate Packaging Equipment:

Run the sleeving line and other packaging machinery to efficiently package our products.

Packaging:

Sleeve, case, and palletize beverage products according to company standards.

Quality Control:

Perform regular inspections to verify that products meet packaging quality standards.

Documentation:

Complete necessary paperwork to ensure compliance with food safety and quality systems.

Maintain Cleanliness:

Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe, adhering to sanitation guidelines.

Troubleshoot & Resolve Issues:

Address any equipment or packaging problems promptly to minimize downtime.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with your team and supervisors to ensure a smooth production flow.

Follow Safety Guidelines:

Adhere to all safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a packaging, assembly, or manufacturing environment is required. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks. Basic mechanical skills for troubleshooting minor equipment issues. Must be available to work the PM scheduled 10-hour afternoon/night shift, Monday-Thursday (3:00 PM-1:30 AM).
