Opportunity:
The Line Technician operates and maintains production equipment, performs preventive maintenance and troubleshooting, conducts quality checks and changeovers, and supports sanitation procedures to meet daily production goals. They also collaborate with maintenance and management to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
What You'll Be Doing:
Follow
GMP, ISO
22716, and all safety regulations while maintaining proper housekeeping and compliance standards. Operate production equipment to ensure safe, efficient startups and first-pass quality; complete required documentation and perform line changeovers, cleaning, and sanitizing. Troubleshoot equipment, perform corrective and preventive maintenance, respond to downtime, escalate issues as needed, and support parameter updates and root cause analysis. Collaborate with maintenance and leadership teams, train new operators, and drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance line performance and meet production targets. What makes you a great fit: High school diploma or GED required. Basic troubleshooting and tool usage knowledge for adjustments, changeovers, and corrective maintenance Ability to Communicate effectively Experience with Pallet Jacks, tape guns, tape machines. Previous experience with Liquid filling Machines, cappers, conveyors, &lot coders preferred. Why work with our client?
