Job Brief As the Cast Booster Producer, you will efficiently assist in the set-up, filling, inspection and packaging of all Cast Booster products with respect to plant and site specific safety rules and quality standards. What You'll Do As the Cast Booster Producer, you will efficiently assist in the set-up, filling, inspection and packaging of all Cast Booster products with respect to plant and site specific safety rules and quality standards.
Other duties include:
Demonstrate and/or lead the commitment to the pursuit of achieving Zero Harm through behavioral based safety. Ensure compliance with applicable HSE performance standards, objectives and regulations. Live and foster the IPL Corporate Values. Supports BEx initiatives and ensures participation from all areas of responsibility. Ensure compliance with daily processing requirements. Promote implementation of industry best practices, pursue the elimination of waste and support initiatives in manufacturing. Responsible for quality inspections during packing procedures. Product pouring and handing requirements. Responsible for loading empty plastic canisters onto transport trays. Manual fork lift operation for material movements. Comply with applicable Housekeeping and 5S standards.
What We're Looking For:
High School Diploma or GED Preferred Manufacturing experience preferred. Must be willing to undergo and pass an ATF background check as required to be a possessor of explosives. Ability to listen, understand and take technical data from others into consideration in making operational decisions Ability to communicate with others effectively in both written and verbal manner Ability to troubleshoot and perform Root Cause Analysis for issues in all of the various processes associated with manufacturing
