Job Output:

Finish (Automated Spray Line Operator) is responsible for safely producing quality spray finished products made of solid and veneered wood products down the Superfici Automated Spray Line. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Production needs include but are not limited to customer orders, inventory, product samples, and product development prototypes. Responsible for the safety and well-being of self as well as all associates within the facility. High attention to detail, accuracy, and quality of work. Oversee the operation of the Superfici Automated Spray Line ensuring safe work practices as well as keeping the work area a safe work environment for all that work or enter the area. Ability to communicate with a team to ensure safety, quality and delivery expectations are met. Responsible for machine start-up, shut-down and Preventative Maintenance. Responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all paperwork coming into and leaving from the spray line. Communicate all key information to your Production Supervisor, 1st shift Team Lead and 2nd shift Team Lead in a timely manner.

Overtime Must be able to read & understand Safety Data Sheets (SDS). Desired Some knowledge of wood products and finishing preferred. 1-3 years of past manufacturing experience preferred.
