Job Description

A Line Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of blending equipment to mix ingredients for production, ensuring product quality and adherence to safety standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesSet Up and Operate Equipment:
Responsible for setting up and operating blending machinery to mix ingredients accurately.
Monitor Blending Process:
Continuously monitor the blending process to ensure that the correct ingredients and amounts are used, making adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
Quality Control:
Conduct regular checks to ensure that the blended product meets quality specifications and safety regulations.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of blending operations, including ingredient amounts and production times, to ensure compliance with company standards.
Sanitation and Safety:
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area to prevent contamination and ensure a safe working environment.
Troubleshooting:
Identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the blending process, making necessary adjustments to ensure smooth operations.
QualificationsExperience:
Previous warehouse experience in a production role is preferred.
Skills:
Strong attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, and good communication skills are essential. Familiarity with food safety regulations is also important.
Additional InformationPhysical Requirements:
The role may require standing for long periods, lifting heavy ingredients, and operating machinery safely.
