Factory Line Operator (Day Shift) Hillyard, Inc. is currently hiring a Factory Line Operator (Day Shift) to join our Factory team in St. Joseph, MO. Looking for a steady job where you can stay busy, work with your hands, and be part of a strong team? If you take pride in doing quality work and showing up ready to get the job done, this could be the right fit for you.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in the production and manufacturing of Hillyard products
• Measure, mix, and fill products following established formulas
• Operate and monitor filling and production equipment
• Keep your work area and equipment clean and organized
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production running smoothly

What You Bring:

• Manufacturing or factory experience (preferred, but not required)
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with equipment
• Ability to read basic instructions and follow processes
• Basic math skills (measuring, batching, fill levels)
• Attention to detail and pride in your work
