Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented 2nd Shift Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient operation of our production line during the evening shift, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity. The ideal candidate must be able to work 10 hour shifts Monday thru Thursday 3:00pm to 1:30am in a climate controlled enviroment. Duties Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery with precision, Picking, Packing and good attention to detail. Perform manual handling tasks, while following safety procedures to prevent injuries. Conduct routine inspections of products and equipment to identify defects or issues requiring corrective action. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards and factory protocols. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets while adhering to safety standards. Experience Prior factory experience is highly preferred but willing to train if motivated. Experience with process improvement initiatives such as lean manufacturing practices. Familiarity with supporting production or assembly teams is advantageous.

Pay:

$16.00 - $16.01 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
