What You Bring Preferred:

experience in electronics assembly, general manufacturing, or warehouse roles; entry-level candidates with a learner's mindset encouraged. Strong hand-eye coordination and careful technique. Ability to interpret basic technical drawings/specs; soldering or schematic literacy is a notable plus. High school diploma or equivalent. Dependability, punctuality, and a cooperative approach. Physical Capabilities Ability to sit or stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs routinely.
