Key Responsibilities Review new orders every morning and coordinate production schedule with customer service specialist in order to meet customer expectations Plan new orders for production crew to produce Coordinate and plan material needs with EPS block production crew Coordinate with CNC operator on orders Maintain inventory of EPS blocks Coordinate with shipping department to meet customer expectations Perform quality control on finished products as they come off the line Perform quality control on samples of ESP blocks prior to production Meet production quotas and deadlines while maintaining quality standards Ensure that crews are operating in a safe manor and following company PPE requirements Perform and oversee periodic equipment maintenance Qualifications Previous experience in a production manufacturing role is preferred but not required Ability to read and understand manufacturing documents and safety guidelines Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to perform basic math Current OSHA-compliant Forklift Operators' Certificate Excellence in time management skills Must be able to lift 40 pounds and stand for 8+ hours per day Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as a team Demonstrated leadership skills The R-Shield Production Line Manager at Premier Building Systems is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the foam production cutting line and associated lines in the facility. This role involves overseeing a production crew, managing the production schedule, coordinating with other leads, meeting customer expectations, and managing equipment maintenance.
