Essential Functions and Duties:

Build, repair, and test electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic assemblies using schematics, work orders, wiring diagrams, and instructions Perform electro-mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, and repair, identifying and correcting errors Maintain a safe, clean, and secure work environment, following all safety policies, procedures, and training; promptly report hazards or incidents Use test fixtures, electronic measurement tools, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps to test assemblies; record progress, labor, and material usage in computer systems; may assist with programming or software installation Inspect, receive, and audit parts to ensure completeness; check for defects and ensure quality of finished work Troubleshoot and optimize processes to improve efficiency, reliability, and product quality

Qualifications:

1 to 2 years of experience in mechanical and/or electrical assembly Ability to assemble components of varying sizes according to diagrams and integrate assemblies into mechanical and electrical systems Prior manufacturing or electrical assembly experience is a plus Moderately experienced technician capable of troubleshooting and working independently High School diploma or equivalent Get in touch!
