Akuratemp LLC is seeking a dependable, hands-on, and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our growing team in Arden, North Carolina . As a Production Technician, you will play an important role in manufacturing temperature-controlled packaging solutions for the healthcare cold chain logistics industry . You will receive on-the-job training and work as part of a team committed to quality, safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.

WORK SCHEDULE & OPPORTUNITY

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Assemble and inspect temperature-controlled packaging system components Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and detailed work instructions Operate hand tools, power tools, machines, and automated production equipment Perform quality inspections and ensure products meet established standards Enter and record production and quality data using a computer Maintain accurate production documentation Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals Follow all company safety and quality procedures

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

High school diploma or equivalent Previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred, but not required Comfortable use of power tools and automated equipment Basic to proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work Reliable, dependable, and willing to learn Ability to work effectively as part of a team Ability to lift to 50 pounds Ability to stand and work for extended periods Job training is provided!
