SUMMARY OF ROLE
The NPI Technician will report into the Engineering team and carry out new product setup activities, experiments for process and yield improvement, device assembly operations, data collection, and process documentation.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Device assembly including pick and place, CSAM, automated and manual inspection.
- Responsible for identifying and communicating process issues.
- Will set-up, operate, load, and monitor specialized equipment to ensure quality product.
- Responsible for clear, concise communication of results to the development team.
- Responsible for training other technicians and operators during production hand-off.
